Military Families Share Their Stories

There are few things more important to a parent than their child’s education. Finding the educational option that is just right is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. Parents serving in our military are no different.

PublicSchoolOptions.org is an alliance of parents that supports and defends parents’ rights to access the best public school option for their children. In many states, advocacy is a necessary step toward ensuring school alternatives for our students. We believe that all families should have access to innovative school options that meet the varied learning needs of their children, and we are dedicated to achieving this in every state across the country.

As a military family, you may find it difficult to find advocacy support for school options as you relocate overseas, or even from state to state. While PublicSchoolOptions.org has chapters and coalitions based in states across the country, we recognize our military families may have unique school choice advocacy needs.

On behalf of PublicSchoolOptions.org, we are excited to announce the launch of our PSO.org – Military Families Chapter. Find out more about this new initiative on our website, and take a couple minutes to read through military families’ stories that sound familiar to your own. We invite you to become a part of this important advocacy group, and we look forward to working with you to share your family’s school choice experience.
