| In Nevada there are a number of public school options from which parents are able to choose based on their child's unique learning styles, talents, and needs. Open-enrollment, dual-enrollment, virtual schools, and charter schools all offer programs that have proven to be successful options for their child's development. However, in order to make sure every Nevada student has access to the best options available to them, their parents must be heard. As state legislatures consider cutting school budgets across the state, parents must voice the need for accessible public school options that are allowed to expand and are properly funded. The Nevada Chapter of the National Coalition of Public School Options is organizing parents to ensure their voices are heard as Nevada policymakers consider how to ensure public education options are accessible to every Nevada family. Join us today to help protect and expand the public school options that best suit your family's needs.
