When: March 22nd beginning at 8:45 am

Where: Olympia - State Capitol Building - at the Columbia Room directly under the Capitol Dome

Registration and activities begin at 8:45 am and end after the Awards Ceremony at 12:30pm in the Rotunda of the Capitol!
